[SOLVED] Making a page my "blog"

Hi everybody,

This is my first post, and I'd like to thank the creators for making such a usable theme (I just hooked you up with a $20 donation).

This is my site: www.sam-mallery.com ...I use Atahualpa to help me get freelance audio jobs.

As you can see on my site, I have a page called "Sound Blog" that shows up as a tab. I'd like to use this page as my blog. Meaning that the rest of the site remains as static pages, including the home page, but the Sound Blog page acts as a blog with comments, new posts, etc. I checked "Allow Comments" when I created the Sound Blog page, but it didn't work.

Anyhow, is this possible? Can you create a Page (which isn't your homepage) that enables you to log into your Wordpress, click on Posts > Add New Post, and have that page act as your blog?

Thanks,
Sam

In WordPress go to Setting>Reading. You need to use the "Static Page" setting to do what you want.

Thanks Larry! That was easy.
