When I share the blog to facebook, it shows

How can I remove/change to normal blog description?

besides, there is " " /> " on the top of each page.

the extra characters on the page may be causing the facebook issue.

they have somethng to do with 'open graph' - disable the plugin and see if it goes away. If it does then check it's settings

I tried to disable SexyBookmarks plugin, but problem still existing.

how about updating those theme will help?

Are you using the 'Open Graph' plugin?
If so disable it and see what happens

where can i check using 'Open Graph' plugin or not?
