New Widget Area in Post/Page Info Items
 

I have sometimes put new widget areas in different Page and Post info items... i.e kicker, footer etc. with no problem, has worked just fine tith ATA through 3.7.8.

I'm working on a new site and am using ATA 3.7.10 and WP3.5 together for the first time. I have attempted to put a new widget area in the kicker and while it appears that Atahualpa saves it. The new widget area does not appear in the Appearance/Widget page. I have refreshed anything and everything, logged out , in, disabled plugins, you name it.... but the new widget area doesn't appear...

Before I commence to tear my hair out trying to solve this, has anything changed in either in Atahualpa or WP 3.5 to make new widget areas a no-no in the Info Items?

Nothing changed that should effect that. I just put a new widget area in a kicker and then put a widget in and it shows up fine.
