[SOLVED] Why do the single widget customizing not work?

Hi again,

I want to apply the difference color for widget with id execphp-3 and apply below code in CSS&HTML Insert

HTML Code:

div#execphp-3

{

  background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #3300CC !important;

}

However, the background color still do not change. What do I make wrong? Thanks for help.
