[SOLVED] I don't understand why I get this message on each post

Each post shows the above...with the relevant title, url etc. any idea how to make it go away ?>

I am new to all this although not a complete novice. just not a coder. I hope this isn't a question I should know the answer to.

do you have a plugin something like 'addthis' or 'facebook like'? try disabling it

I looked everywhere and couldn't work out why this was only happening on this theme. Obviously the others were compatible. Is there another add this plug-in like this that would work on this theme?
