[SOLVED] Weird signs at the beginning of our homepage
 

Hello dears :),

Since a few days we have these characters (see below) displayed at the beginning of our homepage : www.humanitarian-psy.org . I cannot see in ATO where this can be removed..Are we victims of hackers ?

looks to me like you may have been hacked.
but shut off all plugins to be sure.

I tried to restore a backup, deactivate the plugins but it still appears. I switched to ATO 3.7.10 and 3.7.11 and still appears

Then I tried to change theme and...it disappeared...????

Any ideas ??

Have you double checked all the theme settings for that code?

It looks like you removed it, can you let us know what the issue was?

We checked with our webprovider and your assumption was correct, we have been victims of hackers. We simply did a restore from a previous backup and situation went back to normal.

Your hint was correct and it saved us a lot of time
