How i insert a sales letter into Atahualpa 3.3.2

Hi, everyone , please help me with one big problem : how i insert a static sales letter page into Atahualpa 3.3.2 .
Also ,i want to change the header image only in this page , to don't display the category ,and the sidebars ..how can i make this possible ?
Please help me !

You create 'Pages' using the Wordpress Dashboard->Pages->Add
