Disable Excerpts with Custom Taxonimies

As the thread title - can it be done - as it can't be through the GUI.

The particular plugin I'm using is GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools although I don't think that should make a difference as I suspect it will be a Atahualpa file that needs editing?
