'Leave a Reply' Changing text to Hebrew

Hello,
Having trouble with text 'Leave a Reply' in comments, I need to make the text in Hebrew, when I change the text in comments.php
The text Changing ????? How can I change this to Hebrew?
And how can I change too the 'post comment' text?

Yes there I learned to change the comments.php.
But I have other problem when I change to Hebrew, the text becomes "????"
If I had to change to English was not a problem, but Hebrew is not recognized.
