Help, how do i get rid of the "leave a reply" box on all my pages
 

i cant seem to get rid of the "leave a reply" box on all my pages, i am using atahulpa 3.6.4 and my url is http://global-recruiting-solutions.com please dont tell me to update my verison of atahulpa i just need to remove this box, i have already unchecked the "allow comments on pages"

There are pages and there are 'pages'

a 'page' page is just that, something you create via the 'page' option in wordpress. Then there are 'post' pages - like a single post page.

The 'Allow comments on "Page" pages, too?' option only effects 'page' pages
to prevent comments on 'post' pages you need to
1) shut off discussion in the wordpress options (that will effect future posts) and
2) edit the existing pages and turn comments off for each one.
