Changing Blog Title Font

I have tried changing the blog title default font to Edwardian but it does change. :(
Do I need to upload the font to my installation? If I do, how do I do that? :confused:

The font has to reside on the PC or you have to use a font repository like Google Fonts. I recommend doing a Google search or you can search the forums as I believe this has been addressed before.
