Page Menu Bar in my Home Page
 

After installing the upgrade of "Page Links to" plugin, the Page Menu Bar is gone from my home page.
How can I fix this?

My WP home page is http://www.massimilianoeleota.com/directory/WP/

if you go to the plugin page and look at the posts, there looks like there is an error in 2.2 that several people have run into (see http://wordpress.org/support/topic/352005) and have gone back to version 2.1

Just noticed the same issue myself. Confirmed that a "deactive, delete" then re-install of 2.1 corrects the issue. You'll get the alert about a newer version being available, but it works fine and the menu bar will appear on the Home page.
