changing "leave a comment" at the bottom of post on homepage

how do I change the part that says 3 comments, leave a comment, and edit in the footer on the homepage to say "leave a comment" and then style it to blue. Every time I change the code it doesn't work. From what I have found it forces me to include all three. We only want it to say "leave a comment" at the bottom of every post.

What version of Atahualpa?
what have you set them to at ato->Edit POST/PAGE INFO ITEMS?
