Canot update Athaualpa 3.4.4, Almost everything is gone with higher versions

Here is my the website where I have this problem: http://pne.cmaisonneuve.qc.ca/

This site use Athaualpa 3.4.4. If I try to update with any more recent version, my site looks like atahualpa3_5_3.jpg picture attachment.

I try to deactivate all extensions with the same result.

I need help.

Activate version 3.5.3 then go to ATO->EXPORT/IMPORT Settings and hit the 'Delete BFA_ATA4' button at the bottom of the page and see what it looks like.
