Blank above menu

I recently added a blank space above the menu, about same height as the menu. I now want to remove it and cannot remember how I did it!!
Can any one help my embarrassment please?

You're right - I should have indicated knucklascommcentre.org.uk (they are supposed to be same layouts).

Forget it - sorry! What was happening was that when I was logged in to WP for editing the site it generates a line above the menu for the WP bar. This bar didn't appear on this site for some reason, just a blank line. Maybe a question for WP3.8 update.
