Controlling "Leave a Reply" area

I have set my overall background color to black, but can't seem to find where to change the color of the box around the "Leave a Replay" area. The box is gray-ish and the text inside for "logged in as" and "you can use" is white while "admin Logout >>" and "these HTML tags" is a darker gray.

Frankly, the white text against the light gray background makes everything nearly unreadable. I want to either change the text to black or the box background color to something else in order to provide contrast.

How do I do that with this theme?

How to change the actural text color "Leave a Reply"?

if you are talking about the color on the comment form itself you could change it with a CSS Insert
