Category Bar Help Needed

First things first:
I'm working on GHSNC.org, using Atahualpa 3.5.1, WordPress version 2.9.2

My question maybe an easy one to solve. I searched the forum and couldn't find an answer.

How do I remove the Category Menu Bar? I don't want to display categories. The Page Menu bar is enough for my needs.

You can take the %cats out of the Configure Header Area box but the problem will be that this theme setting uses a background image so you will also need to go to ATO>Body, Text, & Links and remove the background line from the Body Style box.
