WP-admin logout/in for changes to occur?
I followed the video tutorial on setting up a static webpage, PinkSpoon, and I found with each change to the Appearance theme, I would have to logout/in on the WP-admin panel, exit and re-enter my main website for the edits to take effect.
What is causing this mouse clicking pain in the butt for making changes? Is it in the configuration of my FF browser settings for cacheing? I do have plugin WP SuperCache installed, could that be the cause? Needless to say, it didn't quite work as easily as in the tutorial. Any insight, advice, and/or direction is greatly appreciated. Yes, Super Cache would cause this. But it's not that the settings aren't applied. You're just not seeing them. I suggest that you disable or remove WP Super Cache until you're done with the customizations.

I thought so, even with my limited knowledge this did seem a logical cause.
I shall remove this plugin as I don't expect to have the traffic to justify any benefit from it for some time. Thank you for the support and personal response. Craig |
