Child sub menus overlap parent menus on H-Page menu bar

Looking for help with issue for site http://www.sugarlandice.com. I'm sorta a noob at CSS/wp-theme and have been trying to find a related post that will help me find where I can fix these issues:

1. Horizontal Page menu bar parent/child overlap - how do I edit the CSS so that the child menus upon drop down expand to the right of the parent instead of overlapping them. If I wanted to select a page below another page that has child menus I now have to scroll down the list of pages until I pass the bottom most child page (where the menu then disappears) and back up to said parent page?

2. How do I edit the H-page menu bar so that the boxes for the page names are equal or spread evenly across the top of the header? Also, how do I get the page name and child page names to format evenly underneath each section instead of the current choppy cut out forms they appear to be?

I am using Firefox and Firebug to look/edit and have Notepad++ to edit if need be. Using Ata version 3.2 I think.

Thanks for any help
