[SOLVED] Menus don't show at all

How do I get the two menus to show up? I don't see them at all. My dev site is dev.billthelibrarian.com

My production site is billthelibrarian.com

What two menu's are you referring to? I see the pages menu at the top of the page. Menus are controlled by the settings in the 'Configure Header area' option
