making post footer collapsible

Is is possible to make post footer collapsible or say tags in post footer collapsible?

I just downloaded "collapsible-elements" plugin and experimenting. But not able to understand how to do it correctly. If anybody has used any other widget please let me know too.

Is it easy (or needs quite a bit of coding) to make tags in post footer collapsible?
