How do I add header images when I don't have FTP access?
So my wordpress host doesn't allow much FTP access, where can I put a direct link to the image i want in the header - or alternatively where do I add the image on my dashboard?
(sorry if this is a stupid question, i'm completely new to this) |
Okay so I think I found the CSS or whatever it's called (i'm telling you I'm green on this) that controls the image;
{ background-image: url(<?php echo get_bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/images/expand-right<?php echo ($bfa_ata_page_menu_arrows == "white" ? "-white" : ""); ?>.gif); } How do I change this so I can link to a photobucket account? Where and how do I put the link? { background-image: url(http://www.photobucket.com/albumname/imagename.jpeg); } ? |
Noone? :/ I really would like to get this fixed.

How did you install wordpress and atahualpa3 without FTP and/or a file manager?
|
For one I have a host that offer free hosting of Wordpress - full version. Secondly he has had negative experience with allowing full FTP access, so it's taken away. Installed Atahualpa through OneClick Install.

Well, you could ask the host to upload your images or ask the host to give you ftp access to that directory. Personally, I'd find a new host that allows ftp access.

Often Service Providers use CPanel and that has file u/l capabilities. Does your offer that?
