[SOLVED] removing border from top & bottom of comment area?
 

How do you remove the thick grey border at the top and bottom of the comment area on a post? I see how to change the border between comments, but not how to get rid of the main one.

Those look like they might be borders in the comments boxes in ATO>Next/Previous Navigation
