If you are using the WordPress menu you have to associate the menu you create with Menu 1 or Menu 2 for the menu items to show.

If you want to have the link show in a new window go to screen options in the WordPress menu area and click the Link Target box. Now you will have the choice of where to open the link the menu points to.

Yes for sure i associates all "items" to Menu1 but i could not see my customized link,
take a look about screen shoot of my Menu1 you can see the menu "facebook" that is not displayed inside page menu bar of my theme

Thanks for the second answer about opening links on external window.

You are not clear on building menus in the menu builder. You typically would only build one or two menus where you have 8. The menu tabs go down as in this screen shot and you can drag them up and down and in to create sub menus. When you create a page or post it will create a new menu item that you can select on the left to add to the menu.
