How do I make a pop up page when I click a link in my post?

I wanted to make a simple page as pop up to the link in my post?
Like when I click a name of a person his BIO will show in the pop up window?
Any help please?

do a google search witht the terms 'html popup page' there is no automatic feature to do this, you will need to do some coding.
