Menu bar is missing After I upgrade to Atahualpa 3.7.15

Hi,

Today I upgrade my Atahualpa to version 3.7.15. After that my Top Menus are missing. There should be a menu like this.

Go to the HEADER, CENTER and FOOTER option areas and press the SAVE button and see what happens
