I can't see the new version in the site when I install a higher version than 3.4.6

I have a problem with versions of the theme, I have wordpress 3.0.4 and I try to install the theme athahualpa but when I log in I get nothing. I can only run the 3.4.6 version that works for me but I do not collect menus potential of wordpress 3.0

I searched, but can not find any post regarding this fault display[/i]

go to ato->export/import settings and press the 'delete bfa4' button
Don't use that button once this has fixed your issue.
