Visually impaired widget?

Hi all,

Has anyone found a plugin for the visually impaired - one that can change the font size on the fly?

I tried 'WP-chgFontSize' but it doesn't seem to work with Atahaulpa.

most browsers can change the size of the font displayed. On the Mac in both FireFox and Safari, you just press command-shift-plus sign to make the font size bigger

Yes I know about that, cheers, but was hoping for a much easier way for those with visual problems.
