Page Menu behind Flickr
 

Greetings,

I have searched for a solution to this to no avail. I have a page with a Flickr embedded: http://www.sfmayor.org/press-room/photo-gallery/

If you pull up that page and then navigate to the page menu bar and go to Mayor's Office Departments or Press Room, you will notice that the drop-down menus are hidden behind the Flickr. Does anyone have a solution to bring this out front?

it's fine in Safari and Firefox on the mac

Unfortunately, neither IE nor FF on Windows. I know linux is not enough demographic to even test that platform.
