Can not change header or anything else do to permission denied?
 

Hi
I really would like to change the header images but everytime I try I get permission denied. That is both via FTP and via filemanagement.
How do I get permission? I have tried changing the file properties but I am not allowed.
Please help!

Have you tried changing the permission of the folder /images/header, if you still can't change it I would contact your hosting company

Who is your host?
Are you able to connect with FTP? - which FTP program?
What is the exact error?

The Host is called Domaindirect.dk .
Yes I can connect with the FTP program - I use FireFTP.
The error is that I am not allowed to change the files (header images) and when I try I get: 550 CHMOD 4777 header: Operation not permitted
: /httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/4777 header. I guess that I not allowed too change CHMOD but I dont know why?

Yes I have tried to change it at folder level - I am not permitted to do that either???

you will have to contact your host't tech support about this. It may be that this is not allowed with your hosting package, but you need to ask them why.
