How to create a spanning area between the 2 sidebar right & inner right sidebar
 

Hi,

I am trying to created a spanning area across the 2 sidebar (right & inner right sidebar) could anyone pls highlight me on how to do it?

Attached image is the detail of the spanning area I wish to get.
