Category menu bar not displaying at all

I'm sure I'm just missing something, but my menu bar won't show up. Page menu bar is there, but no category bar.

did you add it the header area? see ATO->Style & edit HEADER AREA->Configure Header Area and read the documentatiuon on the page.
