How to Have Pages Listed in Menu 2

I would like to not use menu one at the top (I just set all pages to not show up and matched the background color)

But I would like my pages to show up in the menu 2 area just like they would in the menu one area. Any help is appreciated.

The position (top to bottom) of items in the header area are controled by the order they appear (left to right) in the 'Configure Header Area' option
