Catchable fatal error?! WP Error!?

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/thetrue4/public_html/home/wp-content/themes/atahualpa353/functions/bfa_postinfo.php on line 308

This is what I'm getting far to often at the end of certain searches.

Why is it there and can anyone help me to remove it? I'm genuinely bamboozled

that line is dealing with the categories. have you ever messed with your categories?
