[SOLVED] Transform text in headline area

I'm having a small issue with the headlines. I have inherited a blog where some of the post titles are in uppercase and some are capitalised. I want them all capitalised.

I have gone to ATO>style posts and pages and tried to style the headline by using CSS text-transform: capitalize; but it doesn't change anything.

Just to make sure that I was doing it in the right place I tried both text-transform: uppercase; and text-transform: lowercase; and got the expected results of all uppercase text and all lowercase text.

Any clues please.

The CSS Specs for text-transform state.

capitalize
:
Puts the first character of each word in uppercase; other characters are unaffected.

You can make all letters lower case or upper case but capitalization will only work if the titles are entered in all lower case.
