landing page
 

Hello,
I am trying to add a landing/splash page. The landing page is a .html file and it is at the top of the directory:

www.barelyblushing.com

However, i have come to a problem where the Atahualpa theme changes the URL of the designated homepage, also to www.barelyblushing.com. Currently the static page is set to the About page. I would like the about page to be www.barelyblushing.com/about. Is it possible? Would it help if i changed the static page to a post instead? Cheers
