category specific page

I'd like posts that belong to a certain category to appear on a certain page. And on that page, only.
For example, if I have a category called Press Releases and if I can assign press releases to that category, I don't want these posts to appear anywhere else, other than on this Press Release page.
Does anybody know how I do this?

There are a couple of plugins for that... List Category Posts and TPG Get Posts.
