downloading atahaulpa

new user. just got situated on bloghost and have NO clue as to how to download this and begin using as my blog. i was emailed the folder for atahaulpa but am a loss as to what to do next.

What host are you on?
Have you already installed WordPress?
Installing your theme (in this case Atahualpa - the best theme since sliced bread) is something you do AFTER WordPress is installed and you can do it from right inside WordPress under Appearance>Add New Themes>Type ATAHUALPA in the Search box>then click "install" underneath the thumbnail that appears for the Atahualpa theme
