[SOLVED] How can I remove that icon from the upper right-hand corner of a sticky post
 

I'm working on this site: http://blog.aimeenez.net/

If you notice, there's a sticky post on the front page with an icon in the top right corner that looks like a piece of paper with a pin. I think that clashes terribly with the look of the site. How can I remove it or at least replace it something better?

And where can I change the bg color of the sticky post?
