Dofollow in 'BFA Recent Comments' widget?

Hi

Is there any way to turn the commenter URL in the 'BFA recent comments widget' to dofollow?

I have the dofollow plugin installed but it doesn't have seem to any effect on the widget list itself. Just wondering if there's a workaround to this?
