How do I find the page ID?

Again - for the code challenged. Where do I keep track of page ID's now that I have changed my permalinks to show %category%?
Also, using FTP in which folder do I find the source of a page so I can insert the code you suggest to eliminate the footer from a particular page?
Thanks!

Hopsfly - you can find the ID several ways. The easiest is to go to dashboard-pages-edit the page in question and then look at the address. At the end of the address is a number, that is the page ID

Thank You - forgot to mention I am on 3.6.1. Also, other part of my question ... using FTP to the server in which folder do I find the source of a page where I want to add the code you suggest to remove footer or header on a specific page? Or am I approaching this the wrong way?

I have changed permalinks to show the page name, instead of the default page id number.
How do I manage sidebars now that I no longer appear to have page ID numbers?
Thank you.
