How do I remove the stuff above the header image? (name of website, link to feed an..

So when I visit my website I find that the content is too far down. So what I want to do is remove some of that white space above the header image. That is, the name of the website, the links to the feed and comments and the search box. I want to keep the page links that are right above the image.

And correct me if I'm wrong, I don't see anything bad about this. I think I'll just put the name and logo in the image itself. This way there will be less scrolling to the actual content.

This must be possible right?
Unfortunately I have no idea how to do it so if anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

It looks like all you need to do is take out %logo from ATO>Style & edit Header Area.
