Search box falling outside of site framework
For some reason my ATA default search box is falling outside of the defined frame of my site. I want it to sit in the green bar below and right of the cornucopia (part of my logo graphic). Advice?

I couldn't figure out how it got that way but you can fix it my adding the following to the CSS inserts.
HTML Code:
img.logo {margin:0 -200px 0 0;} |
I don't know why either, but that worked great. Thanks!

Just for the heck of it I checked it in Internet Explorer and the "fix" didn't work so great. There is a box around the search box which covers part of the header. I'm going to look into this some more.

Could you please post any CSS you have added to the CSS inserts or other areas? This is driving me nuts.

The only CSS insert is the code you sent over. I just tried changing things so that the image is being called with the "header" image functionality rather than logo...and now the search box doesn't display at all. Ugh.

Not quite sure what you mean by being called with the header image.

Before when you looked at the site, the main cornucopia image was called via %logo under Header Options. As an attempt to fix the layout I tried loading just the single image into the /header directory and then removed %logo and added %images as if it was the random banner area. Didn't help. Currently I think the Search option is still set to Yes-display, but I updated the image to place their phone number in the space so it didn't look so empty! Any thoughts are appreciated, but don't kill yourself figuring it out. This site is pretty small, a search function isn't a necessity.
Thank you! -Kimberly |
The site looks nice and you could always use the search widget.
