rMenu - what and how

I couldn't come up with a plugin that excerpts page info and insert a small foto/icon so I just wrote HTML code and put it in tables. Works fine but looking at code there are a lot of lines with rMenu. Just wondering how and what's it do. On my front page if you want to look
