Tubesite style for Atahualpa

Would anyone have any idea how to configure Atahualpa into a tube style site (all video posts) such as can be seen here http://www.freewptube.com/demo4/. It appears to have 3 columns of thumbs which link to their respective video post page and a single sidebar.

I would use a combination of New Widget Areas and video plugins.
