[SOLVED] images do not appear inside posts when viewing a category
 

Hi all,

I have a problem with images and atahualpa

When I insert images in a post, they normally show. But,
if i ask for viewing a specific category, posts show without
images.

Is it a bug ?

To be clearer, if I visit "url of my site"

I see all my posts with images included in the posts

If I visit the "url of my site" ... /category/winter

I see all my "winter" posts but without the images included


Any idea ?

Hi folks,

I think I may have a similar behavior. It's probably more request about how to change the default style than a bug. I'm on WP 2.8.3 and Atahualpa 3.3.3.

I'm looking to duplicated the style rendered in search results, which displays the picture and the entire article. When I click on a category, I get a similar list of matching articles, but each is truncated with a [...] after a certain amount of characters. I'd like to either view the full articles in those results, or even better, to be able to set the truncate point myself.

First thing I would suggest you do is a backup of your DB and WP-contents folder, then upgrade both wordpress and Atahualpa. WP is now at 2.9.2 and Atahualpa is at 3.4.6.

The reason your images don't show up are because you are showing an extracts. All HTML be default is stripped from Excerpts.

Check at ATO->Configure Excerpts->Posts or excerpts on CATEGORY pages? to see that you have it set to 'Full Posts' or put in all the HTML you don't want stripped in the option 'Don't strip these tags'

it was my problem (excerpts) ... I am discovering both WordPress and Atahualpa.
