[SOLVED] New upload and page not found?
 

I newly uploaded the Montezuma theme into my Wordpress and encountered this problem.

This happens throughout when I click on my blog title, read more, menu, pages etc. What is wrong? Or is there something I failed to do when setting up the theme? Nothing seemed to work. I scanned around the forum and don't really see anybody with this problem.

Would be grateful if some help I can get here.

try setting your permalinks (dashboard->settings->permalinks) to the defaule, save them, then set them back to what you now have and save tehm again.

Thanks juggledad. I switched it to the default mode and it worked. However, when I switched it back to 'Post Name' option, it doesn't work anymore.

I noticed when I did the switch to the permalink format I wanted, it said on the top of the Setting page 'update .htaccess now'. Pardon me, I couldn't find that file? How can I do it?

The htaccess file is in the Wordpress root folder and is a hidden file. You'll need FTP access to get to it.
