How to make search box appear in header on EVERY page

I moved it and it shows up on my homepage only. :confused:On the rest of my pages the search box is covering the page titles. I'm not sure how to remedy this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks:)

without knowing the version of Atahualpa, WP and the url of the site, it is a little hard to tell.
