Not reload the page and category menubar again and again

I have a website at http://speedywap.com and I use atahualpa 3.4.2. I dont want the whole page to reload everytime a user goes to a post. I dont want to use ajaxed wordpress at it doesnt work with my website.

I was using atahualpa 3.3.3 before with an external css. Even if the css was cached, whenever the website posts were opened, the whole page was reloaded.

Can you please help me with this as this will greatly speed up the users navigation experience.

I am also sure that other users would also like to add this to their websites.

Regards
Vish

First off you must remember that WordPress builds DYNAMIC pages each time a user requests something. The HTML is rendered at the time of the request. and that's because the information can change between requesting a page and refreshing it. (For example, you go to a wordpress site and look at the blog, I add a new post, you refresh the page and will now see the new post)

You can try using the plugin 'WP Super Cache' to see if it will help your situation.
