viral tweets not working in widget or on posts

hi i'm not sure if this is the right forum, but i have viral tweets on my site and it's not working.

does anyone know what could be wrong? thanks

Try with the Default theme to see if its caused by Atahualpa. If it doesn't work on the Default theme either, disable plugns one by one to see if its caused by a plugin. If it DOES work with the Default theme, post a URL of the error in action and a more detailed description of the problem, please
